1967 Electra 225 Convertible
found this old girl in the Nevada Desert. Amazing what a clay bar, a good wax system and a lot of elbow grease will do! Still have a lot of work to do! It was being neglected when I bought it, but it made it all the way to Vancouver from Las Vegas, and after a few months of tinkering and cleaning (also refinishing the front grill) the car is looking pretty good. The goal is to restore her back to original and correct condition for 1967. It's been a lot of fun, especially with the top down!
These pics taken at the local Buick show in July '03. Surprisingly, this car took 2nd place in the Convertible Class. Given some of the other cars, it must have done that well due to it's relative rarity and that it is still all original.
